It all started with a simple curiosity about the human mind. What began as casual web searches quickly evolved into a seven-year deep dive into the fascinating world of psychology. My passion for understanding the mind, coupled with my love for Indian history, led to the creation of SnS Nirvana Mind. The inspiration for SnS Nirvana Mind came from my personal journey. Having experienced firsthand the transformative power of counseling and therapy, I felt a deep calling to create a space where others could find the same healing and growth. As a child and teenager, I struggled with mental health challenges that often left me feeling isolated and uncertain. I would wonder why, when we have physical ailments, we know exactly which doctors to turn to, but when we are sad or struggling emotionally, we often feel lost and unsure of where to seek help. This question fueled my quest for answers and led me to the field of psychology. Through my journey, I discovered that true health encompasses not only our physical well-being but also our mental and emotional states. Studying psychology opened my eyes and heart, helping me to understand the profound importance of mental health. It made me more sensitive to the struggles of others and deepened my empathy.
I believe that reaching out for help is not a sign of weakness, but a courageous step towards self-love and healing. It's okay to ask for help- it's a powerful act of strength and the first step on the path to growth and well-being.
